TMart tracking number does not work at USPS or Canada Post

I ordered one Ultrafire HD2010 flashlight from TMart on Aug.28 2012 and they sent me a tracking number which does not work in the USPS or Canada Post tracking system. Apparantly, from this tracking number,my parcel has been sitting at Canada Post since Sept 6. This tracking number they gave me is a PostClubUSA number that is specific to their system only,so I can’t track my package at Canada post because that number does not work in their system!
I have sent about 6 e-mails to TMart explaining that my parcel is in Canada already and I need a ’proper” tracking number compatible with the CP system and I keep getting a different person each time replying back, saying that it takes at least 20 days to receive a package to Canada. They don’t seem to “get” that this number they gave me is no good at Canada Post and Canada Post can’t do a thing till they get a proper tracking number!!! HELP!!. I have been waiting since Aug 28 for my light!!
Thanks,Hot Brass

Try Hong Kong post or China Post

Thanks, but I don’t follow….the flashlight is supposed to be sitting at Canada Post since Sept 06,which is where I live. I just can’t get at it with this goofy number TMart gave me. It was originally shipped from their U.S. warehouse. Don’t exactly know why it’s been sitting at Canada Post for so long?! Thanks,Hot Brass

Hi Hot Brass,

Try a universal tracking site, such as

Thanks! I did an auto track and it came up as Parcelforce with this note: Tracking Information Expired
The tracking data on this shipment has not been updated in more than 10 business days by Parcelforce. Please contact Parcelforce for more information
No clue where to go now!!
Not sure if the package started out with a USPS tracking number and then ended with a PostClubUSA number, not sure how that part of it works, but i would think that once it left Canada Customs that there would be some kind of trackable number for Canada Post?. I would like to get the original USPS tracking number because that tracking number is compatible with the CP system.
Can’t seem to talk to anyone at TMart who has some kind of authority….manager, owner!! Thanks,Hot Brass

It is most likely held up at Canada Customs. I've had stuff sitting there for up to 2 weeks.

Does you tracking number look like this? LN265829914US

That's First Class Mail International Package for USPS. It makes sense as they shipped it from their US warehouse.

EDIT - I see you got to the bottom of it.

Thanks! No this number is all numbers 000065240283 and it shows that the package cleared Canada Customs on Sept 04 and is “STATUS/POD:WITH YOUR NATIONAL POST”,whatever that means….I am thinking Canada Post?

Bigwood is probably right. Here in the US anti-terrorism procedures usually delay items at customs. That is what I experienced when I had an expired tracking number. After a week or two the tracking information was finally updated.

It’s an in-house tracking number only if you ask me.

Thanks, but my package is supposedly at Canada Post since Sept 06,according to that number they gave me.(000065240283)

The last time that I had a “tracking info expired” notice the package was at the sort facility in New York. I still have not yet received the package, however the tracking info has been updated to “in transit”. In your case I can only guess that Canada Post has your package at some large warehouse/sorting facility, and all you can do is wait.

Sorry I can’t be of any more help

Thanks! That’s what I will do for now, just wait! Thanks,Hot Brass

Please enjoy your time here, Hot Brass!

Thanks! Cool name for a shooting mag!Hot Brass

UPDATE: Finally someone with some authority from TMart contacted me,so maybe I will see my flashlight soon!? Hot Brass

Flashlight finally showed up today!!! Post mark was from Sweden!! No wonder it took so long!! All is good! My rating for TMart went up one! Hot Brass

I agree that one month is typical for overseas deliveries, but to go from the U.S. to Sweden and then back to Canada, seems like a lot of wasted fuel, etc! Thanks,Hot Brass

Try this free third-party package-tracking called Trackingmore.com

Why the sudden endorsement of one tracking site after digging all hibernating tracking threads?

I’m thinking he may be a spammer.

He’s got the link in his signature as well as most of his posts being related to it.
