I just wish Armytek shipping to the US was reasonable. $30 shipping on a $50 light doesn’t sit well with me. I would be interested in a Armytek Tiara C1 Magnet USB + 18350.
I’ve bought a few Armytek lights (well most of their model line…) without shipping being unreasonable, though I recently went to order a barracuda pro and got a full-page shipping disclaimer before payment that stated they were no longer shipping from Canada but China now along with enough statements regarding import duties, VAT, etc, that I decided not to order the light as I didn’t know whether I would receive it, or it would be held in customs somewhere until I paid import duties or whatever. Probably would increase a one month slow boat trip to two. Too many unknowns right now with policy changes on import/export and postal rate changes from China…

Crazy shipping cost is a deal breaker for me. About two sales ago I got a real good deal on a light I wanted to try out. Wasn’t that cheap after the shipping charges were added. Now I just stick to picking up a lightly used or new one on Ebay with free shipping. Even if I have to buy it at MSRP I still make out okay because I don’t have to pay $30 to for shipping.
