Wuben i05 10th Anniversary Damascus Steel Flashlight

I’m interested. Depending on price tho.

Reylight Ti Lan is my favorite AA light. I love the look and the UI. I didn’t know there’s a copper version.

interested

Actually we will be very lucky if the light would cost as much as 10 vials. Interested depending on price.

Interested

I am in for 3 of them. 18650 and CW please.

Some of the FB posts suggest the light to be around $300 with limited quantity. For this price, I expect everything to be perfect.

Not much details now.

This is really terrible.

I had $40,000.00 worth of Damascus knives stolen during a home burglary in 2010. Many were one-off customs. The one I miss most was commissioned by me with Darrel Hibben, Gil Hibben's brother. Damascus Tanto blade, carbon fiber handle scales wrapped in matching Damascus. I'd fondle it sometimes just 'cause.?

Interested. But not for $300 :open_mouth:

And don’t forget the UI. They need a moonlight mode and good spacing or ramping. I prefer the latter. If it’s the same as their E05 AA I’m out. And 300 for a Wuben is a lot; I don’t know how I feel about that.

From Jason (Wuben):

I have asked wuben
because I also want to collect one
they said it is Switzerland Damascus and expensive
that is a limited light, first batch for the Wuben shareholders
I think the price maybe near $300
still get the final price yet

Looks mildly interesting to me. What battery does it take?

AA/14500
same as the wuben E05

If they make this light available for “general public” (with enough money to pay for it :money_mouth_face: ) I just hope it has a similar UI to the forthcoming TO50R! :innocent:

Eh, thats almost AL B.O.S.S. money. Id pass.

Still looking for a basic, thin 14500 light with a fairly simple FET+1 driver, deep carry clip and neutral/warm emitter.

Thats apparently a unicorn right now.

there will be a 14500 GT soon
with narslim UI

I should have clarified, small reflector. It should have the profile of a Maglight Solitaire or something similar. Apparently thats something nobody is making well right now.

TO50R has a great two button UI, and I bought a bunch of the TO10R and TO46R. However, Wuben’s 1 button side switch lights all have click and hold for off, which turns me away everytime despite how much I like everything else on the light.

Have you looked at the Ultratac A1? Smaller than a Tool with a XP-L V5 and OP reflector. I carry one everyday. Had to put a different clip on it though. Super simple, Lo, Mid, High, and no blinky’s. Always starts in low. I’m sure you have seen it but just in case you hadn’t.

I’m out, 300 no way.
