Texas_Ace BLF Calibrated Lumen tube / Sphere No math skills needed - Several spheres still available

I am not sure, it seems that the E bin 219C are no more from talking to clemence. So I am not holding my breath.

It appears Nichia is pushing the E21/E17 as replacements but they are nearly useless for our uses due to not having a thermal pad.

Fenix have sent me a 1000 lumen PD35 V2.0 for review, I’ve measured it on my lightbox at 1018 lumens ANSI with Samsung 30Q and 1088 lumens ANSI with Ampsplus Q30.

It would have measured 600-800 on my TA tube. As all my lights measuring circa 1000 on the KG-Lightbox measured 600-800 on the Texas_Ace Calibrating tube. In fact nearly all of my 100+ lights read 20% lower on the TA tube so it’s not hard to surmise what the ballpark measurement would have been.

You can’t say that since you do not have a TA tube to test it on and everyone else that tested such lights had them read correctly. You are giving pure conjecture.

Lets let the dead horse be dead. :person_facepalming:

So much for getting a Fenix then

This is the reason why I don’t sell anything—— Ridiculous

Yep… extremely “Ridiculous”. :+1:

One would have to either be a true moron… OR …work very hard to be that “ridiculous”…… as far as I am concerned anyway.

In this case I have no earthly idea which is the case?? :person_facepalming:

My TA tube had been reading very accurately. My ROT66 219B measurements has been very close to what Maukka and others measure. My TK01 measures exactly the same as Mateminco specs, which is exactly 2,215 lumens on turbo.

What a meaningless and unfounded post. “It would have……”.
Prove it, don’t guess.

If you can’t prove it, why even say it? The only reason I can think of is just to stir up negativity. In other words “Trolling”.

I’ve got a handful of LED shaped Valium tablets I’m gonaa sprinkle liberally on this thread LOL!

So much to learn about, it’ll make you wanna shout…

Eldon Hoke is rolling over in his grave right about now.
Congrat’s, You got the gig now.

I got 980-1026 lumen on my fenix tk15 1000 lumen light…

Maukka got multiple readings from the ROT66 219B after I pointed out an anomaly to him. I get a similar anomaly with my convoy S2+ lights and thats that’s why I won’t order one off him.

My Fenix PD35 performs very differently to each battery used to test it, I was expecting the opposite.

So far I’ve recorded between 1018-1102 ANSI

Delusion trumps reality

Every time.

Finally received my calibration lights after 12 weeks in the post. I’m sure it was misplaced as the light boxes were completely soaked and the shipping label was barely visible. Amazing it actually arrived.

Just want to thank TA for an excellent job on my Lumen Tube. Tested it against Maukka’s lights and it was only 8 lumens too high. Used another small strip of tape and it’s within 1-2 lumens on both lights. Not going to bother getting it closer.

Great! Really glad to hear that these have panned out to be as accurate as they have been overall.

I still have one sphere available if anyone is interested.

That’s good to hear. Do you know what correction factor that equals out to for your tube?

If it is possible, I would like to have the last one of the 3,5” tubes, the number 27. Is it possible?
