- what exotic fish I caught in the ocean of music -

Sonny & Cher - A Cowboy’s Work Is Never Done

Gerry Rafferty - Whatever’s Written In Your Heart

Bonham, you have a great sense of good music.

Not really any reason to buy new music when so much good stuff are already made
Plus it have the added bonus that often you can pick up a LP or CD at low prices, by far the most of the LP collection i was so dumb and sell in the 80ties was used records.
Super max types of skin i looked for in a used records store for years, and then suddenly one day it was there and in mint condition, so i got it though at then i had sold my many 100 kilos of LP and my record player.
So to this day That LP are the only one i have.

Okay the used record market today are probably ruined by hipsters.

I have found that in the present era of digital music, when it is easy to have terabytes of your favorite music, there is no way to listen to everything you’ve gathered. Unless you are a long-distance carrier and you seem to have time for everything…

That’s why, for a few years, I started to extract my top of the top, so my favorite songs are always in line around me.

It’s not annoying, but sometimes it costs a lot of time to get the best quality you can find for a song you did not digitize yourself.
Well filled tags are mandatory and also take time.

Why can’t we be friends…?

I don’t think anybody has mentioned Steely Dan, and I don’t know why…
One of the best bands ever…

I heard this song on the car radio last week and was very impressed with it.
I thought they were an American band, but discovered they were a local band from my home town, Perth.
They have a real country rock sound and have traveled to the USA to perform in Nashville.
Enjoy…

Hjeh, I never knew Kelly Bundy was a backup singer.

Did, ha.

Is it my imagination, or is the beertender seriously hot?

Wellp, country ya want, country ya get…

Just a little pitchy. Just a skosh…

I love Steely Dan. I have all their albums. I saw them twice. Once in 1973 at Westbury Music Fair, and in 1993 at Jones Beach Theater here on Long Island.

They are fantastic.

A lot of bars in Australia have seriously hot beertenders…
The trouble is I’m too old, so can only sip on them beers…and look!

Rubbish Robowski, thats just society stigmatizing you.
Besides us older guys, we need a young model to do all the work, bouncy, bouncy, nudge, nudge, know what i mean, say no more.

Nudge nudge, grin grin, wink wink

Styx - Come Sail Away

Robert Johnson CrossRoads - Cross Road Blues Song

Larry Johnson - Whiskey Store Blues

Yep, never make a deal with a crossroads-demon!

A rare tune written by Bill Wyman from The Rolling Stones sung by Mick Jagger. A great tune I must say.

Very good! Thanks Glen… :+1:

Hot Chocolate - It Started With A Kiss

Ahh Emma… first touches were when we danced in those days…

Blast from the past. Saw this in ’84, Bon Jovi opening for the Scorpions.

Best. Concert. Ever.

First reaction was “Bon who?”, but they did an absolutely fantastic job not only showcasing their own stuff from their eponymous album, but worked up the audience for the headliners to follow.

Still get goosebumps listening to some of this stuff.

Gotta love it all. Rarebell on drums is a treat (was my favorite drummer for a long time), but everyone just played off each other so synergistically.

Enjoy…

I have the Robert Johnson The Complete recordings album on CD, but it is not my oldest music / blues, but it is quite up or should i say back there.

And yes i knew of Robert Johnson before the movie crossroads. that feature Steve Vai i always bracket up with Joe Satriani and Yngwie Malmsteen.

But “the one” i miss the most are SRV

Some David Crosby, Jeff Pevar, James Raymond.
