Interesting that Hakelite is offering the SST-20 4000k 95CRI. Any idea what tint bin and flux bin they are using? I will buy it if they are using a below the BBL tint bin.

This looks like a great mid sized multi emitter light that I’ve been looking for. Should be a potent combination with 4 white flat 2mm^2 emitters.

Ordered. NW Sand/Khaki Even though it’s a day late code still worked. PP also gave me 10.00 off as well for their Seize the Season reward/promotion, I have no idea they just do sometimes. Thanks for the good deal.

Oh, BTW, I was interested in the light.

Never got a coupon/PM for some reason.

If it really does manage the 90k lux that would really be about double that of the d4S, although that is surely with 2 26650s. That would be pretty impressive for the size and being a quad.

interested also in sand please. Thanks

Has anyone receive their order yet?

Some reviews will be nice it look good but don’t know how the beam/output look like.

My order just received shipping notification this morning.

Ordered Two tan one natural other CW. Thanks for all your hard work.

So I bit the bullet and ordered an SC04. It came in today.
Now the bad. If you will look into your tailcap there is a groove the spring sits in at the base of the tailcap. Mine came out of the groove, so I put it in with a flat head screwdriver. Easy. Put a battery in it and nothing. Messed around with it for 45 min. or so. Nothing. Pulled the spring back out and layer it in there loose. Put a battery in it and it came on briefly, the power button blinked red and shut off. Low voltage. Tightened it down a little tighter and it worked fine. Unscrewed it, screwed it back in and the power button blinked red and it shut off. Long story short- MY tailcap was milled too much so the tech at Haikelite put the spring in loose so it would make contact with the tube which works sometimes. Would return it but you all know how that goes. I have contacted Haikelite to see if I can get a tailcap but I don’t expect to hear from them till maybe Monday. If at all. May have to make a washer to fix it if I can’t get any resolution with Haikelite.
Just frustrated and needed to vent. All my other Haikelite flashlights have been great. I would send this back if it were easy.

Are you saying it needs a longer spring? I’m not really understanding. Can you post a picture of the tail cap? I can’t find any pictures of its design.

@JasonWW, it’s basically like an Astrolux S42 spring.

Rather than being soldered in, it is being press fit inside of a groove inside of the tailcap.
