Where can I find 29mm/30mm contact boards?

Hi,
I searched the forums and the largest contact board was 26mm.
Has anyone designed a 29-30mm board?

Manker has 28mm mcpcbs and maxtoch 32mm. I have not seen anything in between yet.

You can get them both on banggood and Ali.

Only 1mm diff between 28mm and 29mm… you’d need only ½mm of solder around the periphery to fatten it up to sit in a 29mm hole, no?

How exact does it have to be?

I might try the 28mm with the solder, the only problem that could be is that the solder height will interrupt the reflector.

BTW, is that possible to scale a .brd file? (the one that we download from OSHPark)

No, it’s not really feasible to mod a .brd file but since you mention oshpark, if you’re willing to order from there I’ll make you a simple contact board in exactly the size you want, it’s a 3 minute job in Eagle…
I would have already offered but I saw your location and didn’t think you’d want to order.

Here you go. On both boards the ground ring of via’s are placed so that you wont compromise their inner plated hole if you need to downsize the board a whole millimeter. I.e. you can safely file the 30mm board down to 29mm and safely file the 29mm down to 28 without cutting into the vias at all. I did this mainly so you can just order a $7US set of the 30mm boards and use it no matter what you need. 8mm of exposed center pad and under the mask it extends out another 2mm so you can scrape the mask back and have a 10mm center pad if needed.
