They should bring this back with their Sandvik steel from the 910 series and make it with polished red G10 scales.

Yes, itās a bit on the heavy side. Not sure of the exact weight. I donāt have a small scale to weigh it. The grip is also quite slippery when pulling it out of your pocket and manipulating the flipper tab. Once you have it open and a decent grip on it itās just fine but, itās pretty easy to lose a grip on and drop. I imagine it would only get worse when it is wet. I donāt grab it when I know Iām going to be doing heavy work with a knife. Everybody who seeās it really likes the look and feel of the knife though.
Yes, itās quite simple. You can lock the folder even in closed position by the pin. The spring of the slip joint mechanism is strong enough for safe use and thereās also a half stop when you open / close the 9165.
By the way my Sanrenmu 1161 weights 137 g (4.83 oz).
Thanks for the heads-up on this knife :+1: Yesterday I was looking at them at AliExpress, but without any info was a blind shot! This way, I may save some ā¬ā¬ to get this soon (one of is versions) :+1:
Thanks for the info on that. I saw that the other day and was wondering about it. Think I will pick one up. I have a FH11 so I think I will grab one of those as well. Thanks again.
Awesome Ganzo knife. Might be made by Sanrenmu because its very similar, the pocket clip is definitely made by them. A front flipper version would be excellent.
