This is a high current 18650 battery with moderate capacity.

The discharge curves matches nicely and the battery handles up to 20A without much capacity loss





















Conclusion

This looks like a good high current cells.

Already tested by Mooch there is little more than a month, he himself hoped at least a rewrap of the Samsung INR18650-25S, but it is nothing, a simple and poor Samsung 25R5, it is lamentable and shameful from Eizfan.
