Just bought a second one from the “A” store. Looks like my older one but the mode sequence is different. The new one is H, ML, L, M. Not the H, M, L, ML like my older one. Do I have a convincing copy or has Thorfire changed things.

And it still always starts on H? Great, so you blind yourself first, and then have moonlight right next in the sequence… :person_facepalming:
It is like the original TG06 (No S) mode sequence with the addition of a level.
L (5) .M (35) .H (100%). with double tap for Strobe and naughty people blinding.
Perfect.
All the other 5000 settings are just there for the fanatics.
That’s why I prefer the TK05 over the TG06/-S.
According to Thorfire, a driver from some other light probably found it’s way into the bin for the TG06S production. Makes sense that that happens on occasion.
I have the old model and love the tint, it looks great. Are the new lights available somewhere, are there codes? Haven’t heard from Thorfire lately on BLF…
I got mine from the store named after a large river. No special number. My second one came bundled with a 14500 battery and USB charger.
