Amazon Deal Alerts & Discussion Thread

Not Amazon so i’ll ask for forgiveness after:

I refuse to go to my local Walmart and these lights are not my cup of tea but here’s a maglite 3xC and bushnell light being clearanced for <$10 in some stores. The site below allows you to see clearance prices by zip code. Enter your ZIP and see if your store has inventory at a cheap price. YMMV on if the product is actually on the shelf or somewhere to be found. Good Luck and Sorry

Man, $5 for the 3C Maglite at a store about 25 miles away from me. Heading the opposite way early tomorrow. So gonna miss out.

LuxPro LP291V2 for $3.40:

Additionally there are about 3 other LuxPro flashlights for $5 and a headlight for $6.

Just be careful if it says the inventory number is small. I’ve been burned a lot by stolen/missing/misplaced/bad inventory

Ordered, tnx!!

Where you see those lights? Whenever I get a vipon, it only lists a half-dozen featured items, and if you go to the Big List, it takes forever to go through even a small fraction of ’em.

How ya narrow ’em down somewhat a lot?

Search :person_facepalming:

And I did search “crap” WOW a lot of results, way more than flashlight search

$4.6 for (20) 123A batteries with free shipping, in case you need any…

Amazon

https://www.amazon.com/Morpilot-Non-Rechargeable-Batteries-Flashlight-Compatible/dp/B07L6DGCWN

It has a stackable instant savings coupon.

I used the serch function and used LuxPro. To see all deals from biggest discount to smallest order, I click Instant Deals as the top of the page and then select Discount for order.

1. May I know why the big difference between the prices of the same 20-pack Morpilot in Vipon and Amazon?

2. Would anyone know who makes this Morpilot brand?

Edit: 3. I tried the Vipon link, got their discount code, proceeded to their Amazon store, but where do I apply the code?

I picked some up. I havent attempted a capacity check on any of them. I dont expect much — but for some of my automation sensors they should work for a time.
You apply the coupon code on the last page of amazon checkout.

After applying the coupon code, will the price go down to $4.60/20-pack as per Vipon’s page?

Make sure you click the 10% off coupon on the main Amazon page as well. They combine to the cost.

Haha, I beg for your indulgence, as I am new to this promotion.

After using the 10% Amazon, will the price be $4.60/20-pack, or even lower?

Edit: Will the ‘apply coupon code’ appear only after the ‘choose your address’ ?

Yeah, scroll down & you should see the “Apply Coupon Code” box.

You see, this is my first time to use a coupon code in Amazon, though I have made several orders before. What I don’t exactly remember is after clicking the ‘deliver to this address’, will that be the next step where you can ‘apply coupon code’? And if the code is used, will that bring down the price to $4.60 for the pack of twenty CR123s? Seems like a too cheap to be good deal.

My address comes up automatically, so I’m not sure about that. But, as long as you ‘Apply Coupon’ before you ‘Place Order’ it should work fine.
.
EDIT: When I do it I have the opportunity to apply the coupon at any time before I actually place the order… IIRC.

Hang on a few minutes & I’ll run through the whole process & report back.

Well, I was doing as instructed, clicked on the ‘promotion code’ and pasted the given code, (it was after the ‘choose your address’) but didn’t see any price in the page, just a box to continue…I was hesitant to continue for IIRC, Amazon just can be fast in announcing ‘order placed’…in contrast to using Paypal where there many ways to check the final amount before the ‘pay’ stage.

OK…. I just placed an order. You can apply the coupon code anytime after ‘Proceed to Checkout’ but before ‘Place Order’.

You must hit ‘Continue’ when it asks you to, otherwise you cannot proceed.

If something screws up you can always immediately ‘Cancel’ your order.

You should be able to see the price change in detail after you ‘Apply the Code’.

Your order will not be placed before you click on ‘Place Order’. :+1:

:+1:

How much was it?

The total for my CR123 order was $4.80 after all coupons, but I think the Vipon coupon might have just expired.
