Since the Luxeon V needs to have 4040 type LED PCB, it will be available later.
Enjoy

Which SSD do you have?
I thought they were supposed to be very reliable.

I think this is not related to the SSD problem.
I am using the Samsung once. It is really good and reliable.
The computer is used for around 4 years. It is time to do the backup and re-arrange the files.
Too many dummy files

Hi Ban,
I see you have added the 2700K 95CRI SST-20
Unfortunately the JC1 tint bin is above the Black Body Line
Especially for high CRI leds the actual tint is really important for many of us, and most will like a tint under the BBL.
I ordered one to check it out anyway.

Just make it a one mode and drive it as hard as necessary to be right on the BBL. It probably shifts dramatically like all the rest

Wow! Do you like to make mountains out of molehills? High CRI emitters usually have little tint deviation, so no big deal.

Courtesy of maukka’s posts:
I don’t think it’s so simple to generalize every high CRI LED in respect to shift at different outputs.

Hello Ban,
Probably a JD3 could be a bit better, but for me, JC1 is also very good, and I will definitely try it.
Could you please source GD2 tint as well?

JC1 tint bin is no good for me. I wish it was below the BBL. JD1 and JD4 would be even better since I use my WW lights at very low output mode most of the time where the DUV is much higher (greener/yellow). With JD1 and JD4, lower output modes should be just below the BBL.

Sure.
I am trying to source the SST LED under BBL every time.
But it does not have so much choice for me to pick.
I will put the first priority on that.

BanL, if we order 1 triple emitter, it’s $5.78. Is that for 3 LED’s on the triple board? And I assume the triple board is compatible with carclo 10507 optics?

Hi
Yes, it has 3 x SST-20 LEDs.
Our triple pcb will include 20mm triple lens.
I am not sure the triple board is compatible with carclo 10507 optics or not.
Thank you
Ban

The triple with optic that I bought a year ago at KD was not compatible with Carclo optics.

Was the optic similar size as the carclo for fitment?

The optic is similar but all dimensions (optic height, placement of legs, leg thickness, I think even led postion, is a bit different from the Carclo standard.

Ah, that blows. I may order one for the heck of it, but optic height needs to match up with the carclo.

Banl - much appreciate your efforts in trying to get us the "good" stuff we all want.
I have some SST-20's on the way, in 4000K and 5000K, and a KDLITKER P60 triple drop-in to try. I assume the triple drop-in is using your triple board and matching optics.
I'm hoping the triple drop-ins are mod friendly, no glue?

They are mod friendly “no glue”… well not on mine so far…
