Got it, I ended up paying 18.22 euro for the set. I will gift the Cometa to friend that I know loves the throw, possibly with a 2mm2 Flat White.

I was not specifically referring to this type of deal, but many deals are targeted to the US. Obviously deals from US-based sellers (shipping from US to Europe kills any deal) like the recent SWM V11R ebay deal that I had loved to be in, but also quite some deals from chinese brands, like Thorfire and Sofirn that had good deals on the US Amazon.
But I was not really complaining

Nothing really, they’ve added a plastic washer for the positive spring and if it bothers you, you can put some tape over the contacts on the LED PCB.
The LED retaining ring is anodized so it shouldn’t short but it’s not a lot of effort to put some tape on it.
