That said, they do ship from China. Expect 3-6 weeks for delivery.
The vendor is very much a reliable one. Shipping from China…weeelllllll….not so much. Did you look to MTN electronics in comparison to Int’l Outdoors?

They are $5 more than Int’l Outdoors and here in the US (No gamble).
The problem is that you can’t get SST-20 D4s from MTN Electronics.
So Intl Outdoor for now.

He do take care of his babys.
I’ve ordered 2 lights with no issues and the 3rd is on the way. Hopefully it will be 3 for 3!
If you think you have it bad, my D4 took 190 days to arrive. I think it took about 6 days to reach S.A. and the rest was customs and local post issues. It took longer for my local post office (4km away) to send me notification of arrival than it did to arrive from China
Same thing happened to me when I ordered something with equaly low value. I emailed him and he asked me to reorder it with extra $2 tracking.
What happens is he sends all of the orders with registered delivery and has that calculated in the price on flashlights but not really on smaller oredrs.
I’m not really happy with it but we have to understand he is running a small business and margins aren’t that big.
Anyway it should not allow you to place orders that gonna be refunded straight away.
Apart from that he is really reliable and extremely willing to help. Highly recommend.
When did this MOQ change? I had small orders shipped without any problems from intl-OD, just not recently.
I agree the $5 is not much to pay for the time savings of domestic vs. international shipping.
I feel bad about the light that was lost in shipping. That is a big loss for someone. I feel bad if it is Hank losing out. I don’t know if the shipper reimburses him or not.

I ordered a D4s, my 2nd, and it arrived in about two weeks. And it had a 26650 battery inside which was obviously used for testing (battered old Littokala cell) so that was an added bonus 
I have ordered 6 flashlights in total from Hank and all have been excellent, and crazy bright.
My order, which I placed mid-January, took about 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking was updated pretty regularly via 4PX (Chinese carrier) while it was still in China, and then once it was state-side, tracking was handled by DHL eCommerce (different from regular DHL tracking).
Which kind of payment does this store accept? Paypal only?
I’ve had 6 or 7 orders from Hank. All arrived exactly as requested, well packed and in good time. That includes a small-value bundle of replacement parts not shown on his website, where I added in the very minimal postage cost he asked for.
I usually allow 3 weeks or so for orders from China to come before even looking at the tracking. I think I only looked at his tracking once, and that was out of curiosity. Mostly, they turned up before I’ve bothered to check.

I ordered a d4v2 ti xpl-hi v3 3a from the us warehouse just after midnight 2 june. It was delivered today. Not many options in the us warehouse but I’m satisfied with my selection and its quick arrival.
I’m going to place my first order from intl-outdoor, probably a KR4. Do they sell batteries? I thought I had seen a check box previously, but now I don’t.
