Need advise on this charger, i’ve Messed up and left a cell on charge in my office at work and gone home, what are the chances of a serious issue?
I would say none or rather very small.
There are very few chargers that will serious over charge batteries when left in them for longer time and Lii-500 is not one of them.
And overcharged batteries do seldom exploded, they usual vent. As long as there are no sparks or very hot items nearby, this is uneventful.

Hi everyone, I have a problem. I have charged 18650 batteries with my LiitoKala lii-500 device. 18650 battery was leaking. Then the MODE key and the CURRENT key did not work. Only with 500mA doing normal charging.
Which circuit of the device may be defective. Help please

Thank you Barkuti, I finally got it right.
Though I don’t have a photo, I wanted to mention that a Sofirn 21700 4000mAh cell will fit into the Lii-500 Engineer if you force it a bit 
. It’s a tight fit, but there is no damage to the charger or cell if you slightly force the cell into the slot (I was using slot 4 in this case).
Instead of inserting the tail end fully into the bay, it’s best to use the edge of the tail to push the slider all the way back and then work the cell into the slot by sliding it somewhat parallel to the charger rather than rocking it in the usual manner. There will be some resistance when the flat top comes into contact with the positive terminal, but it’s not severe enough to be concerning.
Hello, I left my device for months with 18650 batteries on it.(didnt connected power)
When I tried to use today it only shows usb icon on the screen and doesnt charge my batteries . Usb charging working (tried with my phone).
Is there any way to fix it?
Wellp, it could be that it isn't receiving input power. Try another 12V power supply (the car adapter, for example). Check if the input connector is in good condition, etc.

Are you trying to charge the batteries you left in it for months?? Just curious.
From HKJ’s review of the Lii-500:
- When not powered the charger will drain LiIon batteries with 2mA
That’s enough to kill any 18650 in less than three months, even if they were fully charged to start with. If you left them in the charger for longer than that, your batteries are dead and you’ll need new ones.
Do you have a multimeter to check the voltage of your batteries?
Do you have a spare battery that you know is OK? If you do, you could try that one in the charger and see if it works. If it works, then the charger is fine and the batteries you left in the charger are definitely dead.

Firstly , even without batteries in charger when I connect charger to power it shows that usb icon. And I tried another adapter (which I know working) , same thing happened.
What else may cause of that problem? And how to solve?
(Besides while I checking charger and batteries , for a moment device worked and started to charge batteries (new ones) but when I put old batteries by mistake screen blinked and same usb icon appeared ,after that not worked, just usb icon appeared.(even with new batteries)).
