Thanks :slight_smile: I did contact the service manager who asked me to try again and gave me delivery costs as requested. Unfortunately they also chose not to answer a second question regarding a price change since i first tried to order and i have since changed my mind about ordering.

Our Canada office is currently closed. We are working on the optimization of delivery process that is why we don’t have shipping from Canada. We ship from China and Germany offices. Due to Chinese New Year for now we send parcels from Germany and Finland.

Are all EU orders shipped from within EU? I am asking because DHL from Germany to my country is fine but DHL from anywhere outside EU is a guaranteed expensive customs situation.

Yep. their customer service is abysmal. I live in Canada, they ship from China and DHL charged me custom fees. Armytek finally reimbursed the fees but since I didnt get the flashlight I have ordered, they want me to pay to ship them back to china! I have ordered on January 16th and I havent got the headlamps I ordered and am I stuck with the wrong models.

Armytek, I’ll be your North American distributor, Customer Service Rep, and VP of Marketing. Also I have some incredible design ideas. PM me for salary information.
