Yep. their customer service is abysmal. I live in Canada, they ship from China and DHL charged me custom fees. Armytek finally reimbursed the fees but since I didnt get the flashlight I have ordered, they want me to pay to ship them back to china! I have ordered on January 16th and I havent got the headlamps I ordered and am I stuck with the wrong models.

Well, I have chosen DHL from Germany. After it didn’t get shipped for a week I had to contact customer service to find out that the flashlight is out of stock in Europe and will be shipped from China. It has been over 2 weeks and the status is still “Packing in China”.
