Are the batteries that come with the kit version of the Q8 on Amazon the Sofirn unprotected batteries that measure 17.3mm * 66mm or the Sofirn pcb protected batteries that measure 17.6 mm * 68mm?

Your first post. Welcome to BLF.

Since they say button top, and not protected button top, I would assume un-protected button top. Also since the Q8 has low voltage protection, protected cells aren’t needed. But I could be wrong about what they include.
