FW3A, a TLF/BLF EDC flashlight - SST-20 available, coupon codes public

Wow…. a matched set. Those are amazing!!

And a list price of only $4,500,000.oo:open_mouth:

I think a FW3Met is definitely in order. :+1:

Interesting reading about the matched set of fully functional Cabot 1911 Meteorite pistols.

.
Edit: Done, FW3Met = Meteorite added. :+1:

Only advice I'd give is .... make extra clips available because they will sell.

Why wouldn't you make extra if people are asking for them ? easy sale .

It’s a flashlight, not a hiking boot!

Yeah but that Vibram sole covering should make it easy to maintain grip…. as well as protect it when dropped. .

My local range has a Cabot Circular pattern Damascus 1911 that has an $8,000 price tag on it.

EDIT: http://cabotgun.com/better-than-custom-1911-pistols/the-damascus-ladder-deluxe/#1

Apparently its “on sale”, MSRP is listed at $10,000

Doesn’t meteorite tend to be brittle? I’d hate to be the first guy to shoot one of those guns to find out if it holds together. :open_mouth:

Looks like most of the ware and pressure holding parts arnt from space metal…

I won’t buy a flashlight thrown from the 50th floor with tons of nicks and cracks. :smiling_imp:
I would much prefer an FW3A machined out of ice, to not be burn if it accidentally turn on in the pocket + active cooling for max lumens :+1:

The excerpt below, taken from THIS ARTICLE ; tells what they did.

“The pistols are fully-functional – and resultant of their National Match barrels, accurate; verified both on the rest and in off-hand shooting. Leaving nothing to chance in terms of functionality, our engineers used electron beam technology to meticulously add bimetal support only to the frame/slide rails, hammer, guide rod and extractor of the Big Bang set. – and the pistol’s components, down to the barrel bushing and trigger – are 100% Gibeon meteorite.”

<_<

>_>

Not sure if serious or humor.

I’m interested in one

Personally, I hope humor….

GOOSE, IF they do not glue the tailcap it can be easily removed. If they do use glue on the tailcap it might be a bit more tricky.

Snip the metal and file it down in worst case scenario.

Ah I see, thanks Teacher for clearing that up.

Today is the last day of CNY. Just sayin’.

If the tail is glued and you cant get the clip off I’ll be very irritated. Can’t stand pocket clips on my lights

Interested dependant on cost of shipping to Australia!

I would bet that worldwide shipping is included in the price.

I really need to not respond to threads first thing in the morning :frowning:
