The way I read it - it makes nearly 200 kcd with XHP 35. But the reviewer has SST-40.
this light is using sst40 not xhp35.

In that review it shows 6.54A in the clamp meter and at that current in the djozz SST-40 test its’s around 2100 lm but it’s not OTF lumens.
