Should Dino Direct still have an AVOID label?

I just marked you post as spam, I don't mean to abuse the spam system but spamming about DD with multiple accounts, you and yourself each voting and quoting back and forth yeah it is really annoying.

My experiences with DD were good. I had 4 orders, all placed before the Chinese NY. All came through ok.

So I vote to remove AVOID, but CAUTION is probably a good idea, considering all the bad reports.

It was hard to continue saying AVOID when half of the posts are about buying stuff there. Thanks, Mr. Admin, for reconsidering. I agree there are still some definite warnings about needed about them though.

I vote avoid unless you have a lot of time on your hands to deal with the “issues” that most if not all orders from them seem to have. You will need to deal with CS if you buy from DD and you will find out how to file a PP DISPUTE!
I will order from more reliable sellers like Manafont and Tiny Deal.

I have had both good and bad experiences with all of the over seas budget vendors. The very fact Dino Direct has stolen pictures from forum members, continues to post fake reviews, still has products mislabeled after being told numerous times. They also have two different protocols for orders if you just randomly order something you can easily get screwed and have no recourse but Paypal Dispute, if you participate in the group buys you get acceptable service like everyone should get. For those reasons they should keep the avoid rating. I certainly wouldn't recommend a family member or close friend order from them.

I must admit I have been impressed by the amount of help that Summer if trying to provide to us, its good to know that DinoDirect rep is somewhat closer to us, BLF members ;)
I can say only good things about Summer regarding my DinoDirect shopping experience, he/she has always responded in timely manner and been very positive every time :)!

Well for me I can not say but I have gotten the best service from them, I don't annoy them or uptight sure the first time I ordered I am gonna be skeptical but it was my frist time ordering from a Chinese company and had a good experience, yes I've researched the reviews for dozens of Chinese companies and this one stood out I think it was 2009 that I first bought from them ofcourse I knew it will take awhile to arrive but I am patient not going nowhere and to test drive it I didn't jump at 100 just at once but I spent like 2.99 maybe and yah and then I continued from there than the second time didn't put big bucks either took awhile got it so I bought 3-4 times from them I think and I've introduced it to a friend who bought an android phone and works great according to him and he is thrilled I don't see any issues with them, I do search online but I am suspicious that the bad reviews could also come from competing companies who bash each other just to score a point and found that many bad reviews are not really reliable because you don't know if its the same person doing it over and over multiple times or just competitors. I understand some are real and can't speak for anyone's experience but I always been patient, calm and nice to them and they responded quite nicely their customer service is very friendly situated they have refunded me the full price for a mistake order. So for me I have no issues and I also got an android phone and its just being dispatched now so I will let you know but there facebook page has over 148 000 and I am surprised when I learned about them they had 6 000 so in about a year that many fans it's popularity is growing and I find the unhappy always give the reviews, the happy ones and satisfied rarely do so the percentage of happy customers must surpass the unhappy reviews I will never know if their customers or just employees bashing or how many or what happened. To speak with Chinese you also need to be simple concise and clear in short like what is you need and if your rude trust me they get aggregated pretty quickly and really you want a good service respect the one your buying from I frankly find many rude people but I know they been doing good and wish more people with positive expeirences share theirs because mostly negative showup. My two cents

assuming that means its in the country hopefully thats what it means and customs won't hold it long hopefully

DD of late seems to be much better than a few months ago. I was almost done with them but I had some Dino points and made one last order. It arrived so fast that I made a few more small orders. They seem to be good right now and I am thinking about placing an order for a SkyRay soon.

Well, they often promise you one thing but dont stand behind their words.
Summer is great help, but others are bunch of folks I wouldnt trust.

Can someone please tell me how to check me Dino order to see a picture of what shipped?

I dont see any picture/snapshot attached to the email…I use Gmail and I dont think it blocked anything.

In my DD account:
When I click on my order page and click on the specific order number it shows me a product image from the website, nothing that was packaged just for my order.

So can someone pls tell me how to check? (Also I dont have a FaceBook so I cant check there.)

dinodirect has sold my info to other chinese company i now get alot of spam from chinese manufactors or distributors !!! not happy anyone experience same thing ?

Okay, no problem, I just thought I was missing something. For a while I did not know how to contact chat, its not obvious at first.

I dont have a Facebook so I cant sign on so I will just wait.

I ordered some Fenix lights where I had to select the color choices ranked, so I wanted to see what color they shipped to me. Otherwise its not that important that I see.
