I can’t help enjoying the looks of my new RRT-01 immmensely, it is at least the bestlooking flashlight that I own, together with the ROT66. The RRT-01 is just too large and heavy for EDC but I still carry it atm :innocent:

On one side: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And everybody has his/her own set of eyes.
On the other side: form follows function. Which makes the level of “beautiful” sometimes unattainable.
Personally I think CRX did an excellent job on both in the O-L Tribute Light he gave me.

Capture the full beauty of this shiny copper baton is certainly a few bridges too far for me!

I’m in the same boat. I’m into form following function too, the lack of superfluous detail, while allowing the craftsmanship and quality of materials to be the centers of attention. Nice light!

thank you, beautiful!

LAN Mokume Gane is my newest pretty light

What a beauty, looks almost like it’s made of ceramic!

IMHO the JetBeam Jet-II Pro TI Anniversary edition is one of the coolest looking lights ever made!! The original Jet-II looks like a beast but this thing is just damn beautiful!

Also, the MT03 Solid copper edition is one beautiful tank of a light!

Finally one that I actually own! The Olight M2R solid raw copper edition!

after oxidation

This thing looks pretty amazing too!

A Kickstarter project? Anyone own one?

I wouldn’t call that lantern “cold war”. I have one that I found from when I was in the Navy back in 2008. Though, mine is considerably more beat to hell.

Below is what I have planned for it…

looks like a 4 slice toaster and waffle maker

it sort of does now that u say that

I’ve always thought that (amongst remotely affordable) lights that 4sevens always had the most elegant, simple, and proportional designs. I also loved their generous use of knurling.

This just isn’t fair :open_mouth:
