I have a problem with the order from KD.

I ordered 3V XHP50.2 K2 2A, but it is missing in the order. I received everything, but not this. Interestingly, on the invoice is marked “ok”.

I wrote about him here, but I did not get an answer.
I decided to send an e-mail (with the same content). In response, they asked if the envelope looked open. I wrote truthfully that it didn’t. It arrived closed, unopened.

And then silence.

I guess they think I want to cheat them. And I understand them a little.

I have no led, no money, and no proof that I have not received the ordered product.

What should I do in this a situation?

How could they forgot a simple LED?

It’s not like you ordered 20 of them, and then they forgot a single LED.

You only ordered 1 LED.
