What’s the C8A or T?

I can only find C8, C8+ which only have like 150m throw.

Sofirn versions. The C8A has more lemons, the C8T is throwier.

Just goggled around quickly, didn’t find anything offhand.

The most common factory C8 around here is probably the Convoy C8 or C8+ with XP-L HI. These have around 500m FL1 throw.

Here are the lights in my database with more than 500 meters throw. But I also don’t have many of the smaller chinese brands that are doing impressive work.

I see that. Don’t know how I was using the Thrunite website but I missed the TN42 & TN40 which both have rechargeable options.

I haven’t included modded lights unfortunately. Too many, not consistently available and the market size just isn’t big enough to justify the time it would take to add them all

I’ll see if I can find them but neither Convoy or Sofirn has them listed on their official websites which is why I didn’t come across them yet.

Agreed. But I’ve chosen to start this list without including discontinued Flashlights. If I actually keep it up, in two years like 20% of the list won’t even be available for purchase anymore (other than used). That and I wanted at least as little work as I could manage an 80 item list lol :person_facepalming:

Very nice list! Flashlight 10 on your list, the Astrolux MF04S, has a XHP70.2 not a XHP35 HI. Maybe you should add also the Astrolux MF02S with XHP70.2. You could as well add the Mateminco name in brackets to the Astrolux flashlights.
I really like the idea of a list with stock throwy lights because Enderman already has a list with modded mega thrower lights.

I have a couple of lights, that if they don’t throw 500m,
I’m gonna throw ’em 20 meters to the canal.

a) Utorch UT02.
b) The other says Maeerxu M8. Believe it or not.
I bought it because it is a beautiful green.
I think is a copy of an Ultrafire model. Not sure.
Yes, I know Ultrafire means flashlight in Chinese.

Do these make the list?.

Also have a few HIDs that I’m sure can make the list.
