Looks promising :), what are a dimensions of the light and the reflector?
I can see it now. Thanks. I’m interested in a pocketable thrower using this LED.
That’s good news indeed. So, the brand „ENOGEAR“ seems still to be alive and kicking. I was already worried as Jackys website was very often unavailable in the past months.

Dimensions:
45 mm head x 153mm length
Battery: 26650
This looks like it’s a Manta Ray C8.2 with a new bezel (possibly SS?) That would mean it uses a standard C8 reflector…

Interested , when and where will it be available?
I’m interested but not if only sold direct from the mfg (enogear or w/e they’re branded now)…Gave up on the enogear cube I ordered after 6+ months of waiting and not receiving a single email response.
This “pocket thrower” looks great, hopefully it can be a Neal’s gadgets thing or other regular retail item!
Super Interested. It would be better IMO if the head was smaller (40mm to make it more pocketable) or larger (50mm) to rival the GT mini/ D1s. I also think it should be slightly shorter like 130mm. I’m guessing 850 metres of throw. Let’s see if I’m right.
My concern is, the larger white flat wants like, 8 amps doesn't it? And I'd feel it's wasted in a smaller light. I would want a decent-sized aspheric (funny rectangle die projection) or even larger reflector.
I agree, head diameter at least 50mm would be better. Are you using some unregulated FET or linear driver settled to 7-8 amp? This led has low vf, so there is a potencial of overdriven this led, moreover with quality 26650 li-ion form factor.

Do we have a rough price estimate?
I didn’t know Nightwatch is also by Jacky of Fireflies/Enogear. I love my Nightwatch IRA dual switch host with copper pill. The thermal performance is simply amazing on that thing. I put a 4xE21A on that thing and it seems to maintain high output indefinitely. If you PM Fireflies on BLF, he still have a few of those Enogear stainless steel AA and AAA flashlights that everyone likes.
I agree an aspheric super thrower would be fun with this emitter. I prefer 21700 host though since 21700 cells are more energy dense and more compact.
I don’t have an idea at the moment, most of China is on holiday.
Yesteryear’s big thrower compared to today’s small thrower:
