Latest release Vapcell 21700 5600mah 12.5A battery

The Olight 10c cell is the best 16340 I have tested for a 16340. Its used in the S1R II and is what gives the S1R II the ability to make 1000 lumens. I detailed the process of taking off the negative ring and rewrapping the cell for normal use in this thread. Olight 10C 16340 3amp Discharge Graph (Now Vapcell is the best 16340 I have tested)
Vapcell may have found the source of these cells and made some improvements since there is extra space the olight cell uses for the negative terminal at the top with a extra spacer and ring. I got several on the way to test. Vapcell has lived up to their claims so far, hoping this new 16340 does as well.

That’s great, thanks :+1:
I had actually posted in that thread but the old memory isn’t what it used to be

This is probably off topic, but oh well; just had to say it.

You certainly do some impressive work CRX!! . :+1:

Thanks you very much ,BlueSwordM

Thanks  hope hope to get your feedback as soon as possible.

Thanks,we do not know who make olight 10c, and we did not tested it before.

This is the first time to focus on 16340 batteries.

we hope vapcell 16340 battery can satisfy you all.

If there is something unsatisfactory, we will also listen to suggestions and continue to improve.

Thank you

AWT 16340 is so great ,thanks
hope can get your feedback.

When will the 16340 cells ship? I ordered them 10 days ago but tracking shows no movement yet

They are “charging batteries” for the slow boat to sail

I ordered about the same time, my order hasn’t moved either.

Thank you very much for your suggestion that the batteries should be dispatched.

If you need more details, please contact our retail platform customer service

They will reply to the shipping information in detail.

I got 4 of the new Vapcell 16340 batteries in today and I did a very rough test for how high drain they are: I put them in my small Supfire S1 that I modded with BLF-A6 driver and Luxeon V led, and has a bypassed tail spring. With the low voltage Luxeon V and FET driver it draws whatever it gets from the battery. I compared the Vapcell with what was my best 16340 cell sofar, and Enercig TN16340C 700mAh high drain cell (bought from NKON). I do not own many recent 16340 cells but this Enercig was already a nice upgrade from my old Efest cells.

I charged two Enercig cells and two Vapcell cells, and measured output in lumens after 3 seconds and after 30 seconds. For each of the batteries I did 2 measurements, in random order, and 10 minutes between tests every time.

Enercig 1_ 3sec: 1060/1030_ 30sec: 910/880
Enercig 2_ 3sec: 860/960_ 30sec: 760/840
Vapcell 1_ 3sec: 1130/1140_ 30sec: 1100/1090
Vapcell 2_ 3sec: 1080/1150_ 30sec: 1040/1083

This just tells you what happened in the first 30 seconds after a full charge, and also you can see how crude it is because when re-testing the same battery (with topping up in between) the numbers vary quite a lot.

Nevertheless it is clear that the Vapcells get my S1 more output than the Enercigs, and more clearly even that they maintain voltage way better after 30 seconds (the Vapcell batteries even seem to be on a plateau at 30 seconds, only very slowly dropping, while the Enercigs were still in a decline after 30 seconds.)

Sofar my very simple ‘real life’ test, for me this is a solid “pass” for the new Vapcell 16340 :+1:

Looks good djozz, so far so good. Still waiting for mine to show up.

Thanks Djozz for the good info. Vapcell have been releasing some really top notch cells lately. They have the best cells of each size, this 16340, 14500 gold wrap, 18650 p26A/p28a and vtc5d/vtc6a,21700 p42a, and 26650 red wrapper that tested 59xx mah may same as the Shocklis

Dear djozz

Thank you very much for your feedback like lightning after delivery.

Hope you can use it for a while and follow up on the status of vapcell batteries.

Hope to get some advice. Thank you.

Could you share your shopping evaluation in Ali- Express a few days later?

Thanks again

 please contact Cassiel for tracking update , hope you will get it soon,
Thanks you very much

Thanks you very much,SKV89

Thank you for your support of vapcell

Have a nice weekend!

All Forum Members,have a nice weekend.

I purchased and tested a gold 14500 button top this evening. The discharge capacity was 966 mAh, with a charge capacity of 970 mAh’s at 4.18 volts.

The resistance was 103 ohms. Seems a bit high, especially in comparison to my Efest 14500 (29 ohms) and my EBL 14500’s (all four are 49-54 ohms). Thoughts?

This battery is the flat top of the original version, and the product consistency is very good.

Some customers need a button top, which requires spot welding machine welding

Sometimes there will be oxidation problems, which will lead to the increase of internal resistance of batteries.

We are also improving welding technology.

Thank you very much for your feedback.

The other batteries you’re talking about are the original version, button top, not welded.

Can you accept flat top? You can use tools to remove the button top. Then the battery is flat head.

Internal resistance less than 60 mOH

Thank you
