I think unfulfilled means not shipped. I haven’t seen the term “Fulfilled” on Neal’s site. My order went from “Unfulfilled” to shipped with tracking number shown.

if ship with DHL express,shipped will get tracking in the next day, this may be already ship
Mine says it is fulfilled but the tracking is a light grey number that leads to nothing meaningful if clicked on.(Flyt Express)
Copy the tracking and paste on 17track.
USPS says a label was created but package not in system yet. I guess that means a good thing.
It’s cool to see lots seeing movement on their orders. But also a little frustrating because I’ve been holding off on ordering because 1 week from now I’m moving and didn’t want to deal with it potentially going to the wrong address.

If so, copy & paste your Tracking number in one or both of these sites:
When your actual package itself is physically picked up by or delivered to the shipper & actually enters the system it will be noted by these sites.
Then you will be able to follow it pretty much step by step.
Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but this applies to about 95% of my package deliveries from China.
Who knows why tracking on the other 5% did not work?? BUT…. they always did show up delivered to my house. 
Oh yeah, with a very few packages from China… tracking at www.tools.usps.com works also, all the way from China to your home in the USA.
I can’t remember right offhand but I think that one is “China ePacket through China Post”.
But…. all you will get is ” “+nothing” or “Label Created+” ” until the package itself is physically scanned into the system.
For those of you from USA that bought it from neals with free shipping you need to track with 17track or DHL Ecommerce usa website.
On 17track choose dhl ecommerce germany.

Mine did not leave Cincinnati Ohio until 05:48 this morning, so I had already given up on getting it today; a day early. 
But…. I just got a text from DHL saying it would be here today & was out for delivery. 
That DHL plane must have had the hammer down & a tailwind!!!

So it’s really a matter of whether it’s a high current cell, very high current, or ultra super high current (smirk). The CDR is a step below the highest current, and a step above the maximum capacity cella (which, these days, are also IMHO “high current” since 10A is ~3C).
YM (usually)V, and I’m curious to do some tailcap clamp meter measurements to see if it’s going over 8A or so. I have a lot of 3Ah 18650s so will probably use one as the main one in this light. OTOH, I don’t usually charge the cell before every use, and set the charger to 4.1 vs 4.2V, so that lowers the FET current as well (a good thing in this case).
Not bothering to track mine. It’ll be a happy day when it comes.

Mine has been shipped 
I'm successfully tracking mine with Flyt Express and DHL so far. I chose 3D with the free shipping option, and it was fulfilled the next day (April 29).
So, packets are either shipped by DHL Packet(free shipping with tracking), and DHL Express.
Damn. While the final shipping is done by the national courier, Neal must be paying quite a bit more using DHL Packet compared to e-Packet/China Post.
Just placed my order yesterday… 1 of each including some batteries (both sony and samsung).
Now the waiting game.
Will the group buy code and procedure still work for the SST-20 version or will we just have to order from lumintop at a higher price?
