Seriously, screw Yodel. Worst delivery service in the UK. They lost my limited edition Thrunite Ti at Christmas a few years ago. I’m sure the driver just pocketed it.
I paid in full for my two lights on April 30th, with expedited shipping, and not had a word since. No shipping notice, no tracking, nada. Am I one of many in the same boat, or have I done something wrong? I’ve had the Order Received email which says I’ll get a shipping notice so quite surprised I’ve heard nothing. Anyone else left in limbo or am I being impatient?
Thanks Jiffy - just done that and it says the order is unfulfilled. I thought you had lights to ship when I ordered, so I’m wondering why I paid the $10 expedited shipping now. Sigh. But hey, not a biggie. Still looking forward to the lights. Been a while so a little longer won’t mean a lot.
Aye it was very quick there. Two days from Hong Kong to London. Three days from London to local depot. Yodel’s webchat guy said:

I’ve contacted NealsGadgets through Messenger so will see if they can follow it up.
You find that with Yodel though, the package always finds it’s way fine to the local depot then mysteriously disappears or it has been “delivery attempted” (not) then just evaporates.
I have like an 80% success rate with them, not the best for a delivery company…
Yep, me too……… I ordered one 3D on 4/28 and so far, nothing but a greyed out tracking #4230305942162730 that is not recognized and is a dead end on Flyt ….
Im being patient, just wanted yall to know you are not alone.
