MTG2's for $1.71 +tariff +sales tax if 10 or more are purchased. Not highest bin, but for that price they are good for prototyping/experimenting.

Here’s proof Arrow doesn’t pay for shipping. I find it literally impossible for someone to do this unless they just have a fixed contract with FedEx

Am I the only customer who receives tiny arrow.com packages for small parts? Mine are 1/2 inch high and maybe 5 inches squared.
That box is huge!
I’ve had Arrow ship a single T-1 3/4 emitter from Europe to the U.S. via FedEx, in a similar sized box.
It was packaged in a smaller box cushioned by anti-static foam.
The other parts in the order came in anti-static bags, from the U.S.
I don’t know how they can offer free overnight within the U.S., never mind across borders, but that’s how they do business, so I won’t complain.
Wow, and they even threw in a free banana? Awesome…

If we keep this up, BLF will bankrupt Arrow, besides driving them bananas... So, my next order is com'n!

edited to correct the name of our famous flashlight, something I never seem to remember
edit: *SOLD OUT*/OUT OF STOCK NOW
Looks like the free one-day shipping is gone. Well almost, you have to spend more than $50 bucks now.
I went to check out with $24 worth of leds, they charged 12.99 for handling and 5.99 for shipping plus tax and almost hit the $50 dollar mark. Might as well order $50 worth of leds and everything else is free.
It was a sweet deal while it lasted.

Ah another sad news… For me in Indonesia, it’s the only one source to get Samsung LH351D 5000K 90CRI and Luxeon V2 with reasonable price.

wow, sad news indeed. I am so glad I loaded up on all kinds of emitters in 2019.
I just got 20x xpg2, V2s in 3K/5K in January, and also all the Vishay FETs during their sales.
No way I am paying 13 bucks for shipping now. The deal thread is also kind of a moot point now as this S&H fee would kill (almost) any deal that has less than 50$ MOQ.

I have to admit maybe the worst part of all of this for EU residents is custom fees. Beyond €22 order total, and namely due to shipping via couriers, the courier will ask some paperwork related hefty fee upon delivery. If they were to ship via postal services the fee would be quite lower. Damn borders and customs…
Anyone wants 1.2kbux worth of LEDs?

No, it’s DDP (delivery + duty paid). At least for EU customers.
Unless something goes wrong, of course.
