Looking for a 1xCR123

Long story short, I have a couple of 2xCR123 lights which see use in critical functions. One example is the G2X on my structural firefighting helmet. I like to replace those cells as soon as I notice it beginning to dim. As such I end up with a some extra CR123’s around which are still quite useful in a moderately powered single cell light. Hoping to hear some suggestions!

Most important:
1xCR123
MLH or LMH or similar operation
high durability and moisture resistance
reasonably bright and reasonable run times (this should basically be a given with modern LEDs, eg: xpg2 and newer)
Lower cost is better! I’d love to build a M31LL host but lets set a limit of, say $30 instead
Not a side switch. Tail clicky or twisty is just fine.

Less important but still preferred:
No memory or flashy modes
tail stander
key chain compatible
neutral or warm tint
higher CRI
reversible clip for use on ball cap

I think its pretty unlikely to find something which will fit this niche perfectly but surely somebody is aware of a unicorn which I have missed in my searches?

The Jet-II ticks most of the boxes.

Sorry I haven’t been on this website in a while. I can’t say it fulfills all your criteria but the Solarforce Z1 is a great little keychain light. uses a CR123 and has a XR-G2 LED so it has quite a bit of light. unfortunately, Solarforce is getting out of the flashlight business and they have only a few left. They sell for $13.50 plus $2 shipping fee.

I know of some great twisty H/M/strobe 16340, VERY tiny and under $3.
you could leave them in the car or around the house
