I do not know much about Liitokala, The newest version I suppose?
I wonder what the difference in accuracy[Capacity]would be since it can only discharge @ 500mAh , unlike my Opus which can discharge 1000mAh?
One thing for certain it will take twice as long as my Opus @ 1000mAh discharge current.
I use 1000mAh Discharge current for ALL batteries 18650 and bigger on my Opus.
No 21700 support?

The aliexpress store has more info. It can take 21700x4 and 26650x2 + 18650x2, etc. HJK has not done a review yet, I'm curious what else was changed.

Looks to be a worthy upgrade over the original lii 500 at a good price.
I also noticed the cell orientation has changed with the positive at the top.
21700 and 2 x 2A support welcomed.
Just from the pic above looks like there is plenty of room left with the 26650/18650 in the slot.
The new display looks brighter also.
No 300mA charging current (unlike old lii-500).
I guess for some people lack of 300mAh charging current will be a major drawback. Myself the smallest cells I ever charge are AAA and 18350s so I’m probably going to get the new one.

Can this charger display information for ALL FOUR SLOTS at the same time like my Opus? I can deal [be more patient] w/ only 500mAh discharge,I can not deal w/ info for 1 or 2 slots at a time AND 500mAh discharge! I hope I can see all 4 slots at once , then I will get it
I only have 8 X 4 bay chargers!……….Depending on the answer above. I may justify this for a Birthday present on Tuesday June 4th. 
The XTAR dragon can only do Two at a time,major reason why I did not get it.

Strongly doubt that it has storage mode. It would then for sure be mentioned on Banggood or Aliexpr Lii shop product description.

One of my gripes with Lii-500 was too closely spaced out slots. From the pictures, it looks like this Lii-500S seems to have a bit more room, so that’s a welcome change.
I’m guessing the current display is just the selected current and not actual current, just like the old model?
Anyway, I mainly use my Lii-500 for discharge capacity tests, and this Lii-500S does not offer any improvements there, so I’ll skip it. I do like the new display though.
