ROT 66 without Secondary LEDs?

I found a ROT 66 offered through a facebook group I’m a member of. The seller said that he didn’t think this one had secondary LEDs though. I thought this was really odd as I know that the ones directly sold by Fireflies and Neals Gadgets all have secondaries. I asked where he bought it from and he said that a friend bought two and just gave him one of them, so he wasn’t sure.

Is anyone aware if any of these are being sold without secondary LEDs? I’m just concerned that maybe it’s just a problem with this light.

when they first introduced the fireflies brand they offered them without auxiliary LEDs. It's normal

I have the Fireflies ROT66 with Nichia 219B, from the early batch. It came with NarsilM v1.2 firmware and had no auxiliary LEDs. I believe the ones with auxiliary LEDs are the later ones which also come pre-installed with Anduril firmware.

But the Aux-LEDs on the ROT66, based on what I read, are not controllable by the Anduril programming (unlike many other Anduril lights with aux-LEDs or side/buttons… eg. the Aux-LED control, 7 clicks when Off mode, will control the Aux-LED state for the Emisar D4S/Fireflies E07/PL47, or the lighted side button brightness modes on the BLF/Sofirn Q8/Sofirn SP36). (FW3A & D18 also run Anduril but do not come with aux-LEDs nor lighted button switch so the 7-clicks does nothing, AFAIK).
