These strips are made to be powered from 12V or 24V DC source

As each section of the strip is made with one resistor + a few leds so they are easily dimable by using a variable DC source.

Beware that the lumen/volt is far from being linear as show earlier in this thread

Yes, I have them installed on a dimmer. The colors really come to life. Huge difference when compared with the dozen or so other brand led strips I bought from Amazon and Aliexpress a few years ago which measured 57CRI to 68CRI, all with negative R9 values. Even the Sidawang one looks at least as good as the E21A 3000k in person if not better, probably because of the very negative DUV that makes things look whiter and cooler/neutral temperature. I haven’t installed the Marswalled but the R values look as good as the Optisolis and even higher than the Soraa Radiant light bulbs, which is supposed to be the highest CRI, highest light quality light bulb in the whole world. I wonder what emitters they are using. I hope to buy bulbs using these amazing emitters.

I just received the two 2700k Sidawang LED strips I ordered from Aliexpress and got these measurements:

CCT: 2738K
DUV -0.0066
CRI (RA): 93.2
R9: 97.4
Rf: 89
Rg: 99

Beautiful tint.
