Just noticed it too, 0 items in stock. I liked the D4 v1 as well without the upgrades, I just got one a month ago thank god! I would’ve liked a brother for it with different emitters, sad:(

Just saw there are still a handful of D4’s available at MtnElectronics but only the XP-L HI 5D version, with 10$ reduction;)

I managed to buy Emisar D4 v1, now I have at least two years to buy Emisar D4v2

I’m fine with mine like it is, a lighted switch would have been a plus but I generally turn off the auxiliary LEDs of my flashlights. 10$ more for knurling and aux LEDs which I can do without is a price increase that is not worth it for me.

Intl-Outdoor still has the D4 in black and dark grey, and the D4S in green, with all emitter options.

Muggle mode has been removed at Hank’s request. It seems to cause too much confusion. I’m kind of happy to have it taken out, TBH.

Have you also taken it out of the Anduril hex files on your site or just the version that Hank is using? Are you thinking about taking it out of Anduril entirely?

It was actually put back into Emisar’s version, because people didn’t like the idea of a D4 they couldn’t let other people use.

So… it hasn’t been taken out after all.

I am actually glad to hear that. My wife and a few of my friends like to use Muggle Mode as a safety feature.

Protected (button top with extra length) won’t fit, button top may fit but isn’t the best idea, flat top is ideal.

Yes, the battery tube lengths are identical between them (on the short end for 18650 lights) so only the bare cells will be reliably fit

Look at those beautiful D4Ti flashlights. I’m really sad that I missed out on them, but I’m also kinda hoping that Hank doesn’t release a D4V2Ti so I can give my wallet a rest!
