FWIW, I’ve ordered a few times from Neal. My most recent was a GT70, and I started getting concerned after a couple weeks and no shipment notification. I posted here and the consensus was to just wait a bit. I did and it shipped a few weeks later. I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered and in good condition. Apparently the GT70 was back ordered, but wasn’t listed as such when I ordered mine. I would have patiently waited had I known, the deal was good enough to make it worth my time. I just had no indication that would be the case, and my previous orders had come pretty quickly (for the distance traveled). Guess what I’m saying is that its another case of communication making customers a bit uneasy, but in my case everything’s fine in the end.
have a copper fw3a placed order, so far previous orders no issues for me i think this will also not be a problem. it sucks if u get a wrong light or so but atleast he tryied hard to fix any mistakes.
I placed two orders on 8/27.
Both have already cleared customs in Chicago and should be here 9/6 according to USPS
Now hoping they are the right things I ordered!
Glad to hear an astounding review and comment for Neal… I believe all of us have a great dealing with in different ways positively. My experience with him being a new buyer and new member of BLF, he is very patient in answering every queries night and day whenever he is “online in the messenger” and even offer a better product….
He even posted the shipping details n your account once the payment and shipping info was concluded and updated whenever you make a follow up. … delayed deliveries might not his fault.so don’t blame Neal for this.
Honestly, to anybody…. don’t be jealous because aside of given you discounts and he also gives freebies….

Worst seller ever in my opinion.Ordered An fw3a 19/8 and still not shipped.He also doesn’t answer questions through different channels(email,messenger,paypal,…)

I wanted to add my 2 bobs worth here about Neales Gadgets preparedness to go the extra yard. I bought a relatively inexpensive key chain light that ‘carked it’ within 3 months. After several email exchanges, Neal offered to send me an upgraded version at no extra cost. Naturally,I was most appreciative, and feel that his business acumen and generosity need to be acknowledged and recorded.
I only ordered one time from Neals in November, and the order shipped out very quickly, got it in my mail within 8 days which is unheard of from all the years ordering from China. Received exactly what ordered. I didn’t have to communicate with Neal before or after the sale so can’t comment on that.
Ok , I know, some of you will think I found the wrong thread . I have had a lot of dealings with Neal, both him sending to me and me sending to him. I could probably write a fairly lengthy book on the number of things gone wrong , but I will say he keeps trying… I mean that his intentions remain good and he doesn’t quit, so surely he’ll get the hang of it soon. As a token of my confidence in this I just ordered from him again. Not gonna sweat timings and will expect to get the semi-odd item I ordered…
The question here is, what are the markings on the box?
Because Neal is not the manufacturer. He is a reseller. If the maker put the wrong light in the box that is NOT his fault.
