After performing this search, you don’t get any filters except “Department,” unfortunately.
However, if you then click on one of those departments (Sports & Outdoors seems to be the best choice), it then gives you Amazon’s regular filters, such as brand and price.
You are looking in the wrong area. Select the drop down menu directly left from the search bar, where it says “All” and you can not be on the mobile version.

I haven’t identified a different adjustable angle light that I think is designed better. I’ll use it mostly as an EDC without the head strap, anyway.

I’ve had that one for ~ 6 months. Great little AA/14500 light. Good build quality. 600 lumens on a 14500. Samsung led with nice neutral tint. Hidden strobe/sos so it’s ‘hi lo off’ in that order. Unscrew tail cap for lockout. Strong magnet. Glad I bought it…
Other than 600 lumens, I can’t find any output numbers for the Nicron N7 light yet. Anyone know the hi low numbers on 14500 and eneloop?

They only specify AA, so I’d assume they’re measuring with alkaleaks. 
On the topic of using the N7 as a headlamp, I’ve found that the headband with the Sofirn SP40 (which is extremely tight on an 18650 tube) fits the N7 just perfectly.
So if you’ve got that light lying around, or are able to order the headband separately from Sofirn, then your N7 can be a nice budget AA headlamp.
