ACEBEAM K75 LED Searchlight Throw 2500meters 6300lumens Output Released

Acebeam how long will it take to step down from the max 6300 lumens to the next level?

It seems that Acebeam either does not know, or they are too embarrassed to share the number.

I did send few mails but up till now no replies from Acebeam.

Does anyone know how this emitter compare with the CFT-90?

This page from Luminus' website may be able to help answer

has anyone ever developed a light with a belt worn battery pack option?

Impressive run times at the needed current………………

Thanks. They don’t have the SBT-90 G2 listed yet but seems like the CFT-90 can be pushed harder.

I wonder what flux bin they got. I’m sure Acebeam is not willing to share this info though. They seem to be more lip tight than any other flashlight company I’ve seen.

Given that the turbo runtime is the same 1hr45m on turbo power and turbo eco, one could assume the turbo steps down from 6300-3000lm after ~5 minutes like other large Acebeam lights. Maybe even sooner due to the massive current that’s being pushed to the emitter.

This is the about the same performance Vinh has been giving his MT70+ mods with the CFT-90, but now in a more refined package and probably more efficient driver, assuming acebeam went with 2S2P or 4P instead of 4S.

If the output is maintained at 3,000lm for the 1:45 runtime then they’re achieving a overall output efficiency of >110lm/w, IMO too optimistic for this emitter.

If Acebeam is pushing around 100 watts through this light, turbo is only gonna last like 2 minutes.

that would explain why such info isnt posted… :person_facepalming:

Are there any output / Vf tests of the SBT-90? I could not find any with a search.

ACEBEAM K75 Ultimate Thrower LED Flashlight

Just login for this thread.

Does new K75 has square LED beside ???

The photos are so grossly over exposed/exaggerated. Look like short arc military search lights.

If it can run on Turbo for at least 2mins maybe… 3-4 yes. 5min instant buy?

I was considering the BLF giga thrower but this sounds more appealing for the obvious extra light output.

Sorry but just 1min of Turbo is useless for any outdoor use. Impressive though. when will they crack the 3KM mark i wonder?

Looks to have alot of meat on the body but maybe they can increase size of cooling fins on bottom area of reflector?

The big head design on this actually looks really nice. I like the heatfins alot. GT4 still looks best though but not sure if it will ever come out.

Yes, olight X6

This acebeam looks awesome. Hope it’s available in the UK soon

Why does the led cost so much??? Greed?
