No, not if the photos and graphics are of the genuine charger, which they should be. The pictures make it clear that the display shows info for only one cell at a time, like the 500 and 500S. It appears that you press one of the middle 4 buttons to toggle display and control between pairs of bays and otherwise operate it much like the Lii-500 Engineer and Lii-500S.

Looks good i am interested but ill wait for HKJ to give the all clear.

I think the 12v 3amp AC-DC adapter will be struggling to fast charge 3 cells at 2amps plus other cells at the same time if it even lets you do that.
