Hodor, check out the beamshots, it is a much different beam, exceptionally nice. I think it will be smaller as well, at least my old one is.
The styling for me is the biggest reason to want the D80 over the C8,
From the moment I saw my first (Ultrafire) C8 in 2012 or so, I hated the styling and for 5 years I even refused to buy one. The C8 design in the meantime was copied multiple times by other companies, even Convoy and Astrolux, it seems that a flashlight in that size is not allowed to have a different styling. Luckily Convoy finally has a new styling now, even though it still is not my COT.
But for the rest of the world that seems not to mind the ugly and eternal C8 styling, the D80 is considerably more compact than a C8, almost even pocketable, but therefore the reflector is smaller as well, it will throw a bit less. And the D80 has a peculiar feature: even people who are not font of the looks can not deny that the feel in your hands is exceptionally good.
BTW, a liger is born of a female tiger and male lion.
A tigon is born of a female lion and male tiger.
Interestingly, ligers typically grow larger than tigers and lions.

Nice work TheOnlyDocc! This is looking fantastic. Looks like a very worthy successor to the original BLF D80.
I kinda like the name LuckySun more than WildTrail, but I also don't really care just as long as the flashlight is any good, and this one does look very promising! 
I like the name WildTrail. I’m fine with that name being on the light. I’m glad this light is almost finished! I never liked the styling of the D80 the last time, so I never bought one. But, it’s definitely a better style than the C8, which is very ugly to me. This time around, I plan on getting the D80, if funds allow.
I have a D80, and it fits in my hand nicely.
(It also fits in my shorts pocket well.)

Yep. I definitely prefer it to the C8, and it is even slightly smaller than the EE X6 size.
I like the text layout as shown, no complaints from me. The machined pics look quite nice, looking forward to it!

Only the no ano is limited and the list is already closed. They told me that they wil keep a few extra without ano but i do not think that they have left to many without ano. The mat black version will be sold for everybody in their Aliexpress store.
In the next few days we will discuss how the ordering prozess workes. Because BLF/TLF member are getting the light a bit cheaper.
I will update here when i know more about it.
