I hate sound like a broken record here Docc but can you make certain they include both size retaining rings in the box? If I dont like the SST-40 I want to be able to change the LED to a 3535 one.
Did we find out if they take PayPal?
In my experience, AliExpress offers PayPal for an added fee.
I always just use my credit card to avoid the fee, though it's not a huge fee.
I talked to Jacky yesterday. If you buy a light with SST-40 a extra XP Centering ring is in the box and XPL lights have a extra SST-40 centering ring. We also talked about extra o-rings. Jacky was not used to this but i convinced him to put a set of extra O-rings in the box.
PayPal should work (I asked a few days ago) but its like raccoon city said. AE takes a extra PP fee. And that will be added ontop of the 27,70 $. I can not say for sure how much it is. This is decided by AE not the seller. But usually it is not much.

And something for all people that wanted a no ano light but did not make it onto the official No ano list. We have a very limited amount of extra no ano lights.
I will wait some time and if someone from the No Ano List does not claim his light i will start sending PMs to the people that are on the inofficial list i made after the official list was closed.
We do not have much (Jacky did not think that there would be such a interest for this version). But a handfull + the lights that are maybe not claimed. On the next project (if everything goes well with the D80v2) i make sure we can get more lights or maybe a clear ano.
We also talked about splash ano (Splash Anodizing Aluminum How-To - YouTube). This idea came up when i talked with BlueSwordM about the things i need for diy Anodisation. This would require more time and work but looks really nice. And i have not seen it on other lights. Nothing for huge production runns but a small number of lights as a limited special runn (and a few bucks extra) could make it possible.
We talked about so much interesting stuff in the last few month. And i hope we can bring some of the ideas to live!!!
But because every future project with WildTrail depends on the success of the D80v2 i will focus everything on this project for now.
Just to be clear, do we have any “due time” (as in obligatory period) to buy this light?!
Finances have been a bit drained so I still want to buy this, but maybe only within a month or couple of months 
We have not discussed how long they offer us the reduced price. I do not think it will be for a few month.

Aliexpress now adds a “sales tax”. Is there any way Jacky can help us to avoid that?
I got an answere to your question MascaratumB.
The plan is to give us the reduced price until the 500PCS are sold.
For now they did not limit it to a specific date. But i will grab my lights fast to be sure to get the low price.
If the lights are selling fast or if they at some point decide to no longer sell the light 25% cheaper i want to have my 2 lights on the shelf here. I missed enough good deals in the past.

I was wondering why i have so much problems in so many shops i usually buy from so i contacted the AE support and after that i talked to Jacky. They changed a lot regarding tax. . . example: Since then i very often get the message that the side can not bee shown. . . That happens if the shop did not set up the tax information for Germany right. It is a pain. But they have set up the system this way to push sellers to complete their tax configuration faster. If a seller is not doing it he is no longer able to sell to a specific region. So i do not think they can do much about it. But i will ask again if there are any options to prevent or lower the amount that has to be paid.

What is the name of the AliExpress store where this light will be sold? I know it’s a silly question I should know the answer to already, but I figured I would see what else they have.
Going to be difficult to buy this if Aliexpress charges sales tax, knowing full well this chinese company isn’t reimbursing the state of Michigan the sales tax charged. If they even know the correct tax rates for all 50 states.

That does indeed look like the one. Man their stuff is so different looking. Between the unique retaining rings, bat tube with threads on the inside, deeper fins, etc.
