I know that AE has its flaws. But i buy from them for a long time. Because i often buy small stuff and search for the cheapest store i often have to get in contact with the seller because something is not 100% right. Sometimes its easy to fix and the seller offers a solution sometimes i have to open a dispute. If you know what to do : use not to complicated words, make your problem crystal clear and always add pics. From the chat with the seller and/or the items. . . add arrows making really clear whats not right. And 99% of the time you will get the refund. It gets complicated if you have to explain to much because its not an easy to explain case.
But if you stay strong reopen the dispute. . you will get your right.
If you want to avoide such hassle only use known good sellers. They will always help you. And i never ever had to involve AE when i had problems with the good ones.
Like Vapcell. DHL did not leave me the message that my package had arrived. So it was send back. Usually AE takes a part of your money to cover the costs and refunds you the rest.
Not with Vapcell. They got in contact with DHL and arranged a second delivery for free. It arrived and everything is good.
It really depends on the shops you buy from.
But that all is not making the buggy system better. But this is the price we have to pay for redicoulus cheap items shipped for free arround the world.
My order didn’t have a PayPal option so I tried using credit card. It then came back with payment failed 
I figured they disable paying option, for coupon… but don’t be fooled check “My Orders” or you will end up with many orders like me 
I gave up on trying PayPal and just did card. There is a heavy learning curve with Ali it seems. I even got had by the messenger. I had sent a message about the order with my name and then got a reply, but it kept saying I still had two messages. Turned out Jacky somehow sent me those messages using some “old” messenger. It was just him preemptively asking if I was BLF and making sure I actually chose the light options I want.

Like Mr.Poppy said. Check your order list. I get the message payment faild very often. But everything is ok. Order went through and payment also worked.

My order went through this morning and I received the order discount from Jacky a couple hours later. I then tried to pay using my VISA credit card but I got a message saying additional verification is required. My guess is the credit card company rejected the transaction, thinking it was a fraudulent charge. My order status still says “Awaiting Payment”. I will probably have to contact my credit card company and let them know it is a legit transaction.
Ordered 2xSST-40 no ano yesterday, just paid.
Also bought a couple of 20mm switches at the same time for another flashlight, Jacky kindly messaged to make sure i wasn’t buying them for the D80v2 as they wouldn’t fit.
First experience with Luckysun - excellent.

Another member, TMaxxJJ, helped me with your situation. Just enter the card info, and when you go to the next page, it will give you the option to pay with PayPal instead. That’s what I did.
Clearly I’m late to the party but if at all possible I’d like a no ano one.
I’ll gladly take a black one if not possible but is there any hope I should hold out or am I so far down the backup list it’s definitely not happening and I should just order black now?

We have a few people that asked for no ano light and we had only a few spare. But there are also some lights from the originla list that are not claimed jet. In a few days i will contact the ones that did not buy jet and ask if they still want to buy or if they want to give up their spot. If you can wait a little longer for a no ano it could be possible to get one. But it depends a bit on the answeres i am going to get.
Yea give them a few days if possible, I know how tight money can be some times I’ve only bought 4 lights this year including this light, Wait a few weeks to give people a chance if possible.

I contacted you on BLF and Jacky contacted you on AE. Please answere to confirm your order. Everyone else (from the first few days is confirmed and ok).
But Jacky would not like to ship your order untill he gets a answere to confirm the details.
And in case someone is waiting for Jacky adjusting the price or answering mails. He usually is doing this late in the day or at night. Working for Wildtrail is only his second job. During the day he is working somewhere else. So plese be patient and give him some time.
