If the ad were for Nichia 219C/XP-L/SST20, then it would not be misleading, because some of those actually start at $35.20

My experience was “Shipped”. Managed to grab a $5 coupon with $6 spend during summer sales.
About 10 days after item shipped, Got an email that item was returned due to unable to ship to my location.
Yes, and of cos have to refund me. And they also promised a refund for the $5 coupon. End of the case, the coupon nowhere to be seen.
