That’s a lot of lanterns. I imagine there will be some wonderful follow up editions with fancy features and colors. Good on Sofirn for making the collaboration and honoring the suggested group price. I’m looking forward to many more efforts/projects a la BLF.

Good question. Do we know if the lanterns will be able to ship to South Africa with batteries inside them? I know that none of Neal, Banggood, AliExpress and Gearbest can currently ship lithium-ions to South Africa :frowning:

I expressed interest since this project started a few years ago. But back then, I don’t recall there was an option to get it with or without batteries. So I am in for 2 total (#32). Can you update those 2 lanterns to come with batteries? Not sure if you tracking the number with and without batteries or does it make a difference at all.

Batteries will be an option on the actual purchase. The interest list is just for the LT1.
