New baby arrived!!!

I am pleased to announce the arrival of my new baby!!!! Gender? ...........Garnet bead blasted DQG AA/14500 yeehaw, hallelujah, and "SHUT MY MOUTH"!!! ChicagoX had this light wrapped so well it took four hrs. to unwrap it It is my now favorite light! My man even put a "brand new"lithium batt in it. It is the same length as my AAA MIX6. This light will replace the MIX6 (WOW, never thought that would happen) on my neck chain! I was out front looking at a lady"s truck when I saw a yellow package deposited in the happy box (no, not that one) as the wife headed out the door to leave she stated "the mail lady just put a flashlight in the mail box". She flashed a sly grin as she departed. The kicker is I had not even told her I purchased a light. This light is all I expected , and then some. Thank you CHICAGOX, SIR. I give this transaction a 5+++. Cigars for everyone.

Keith (who is headed for a "dark" room)

I have camera with card, printer with card slot. I have never put a pic on a forum so what is the best, easy way to do this? I like easy! Thanks

Keith

Yes it is. I decided to leave the MIX6 on the neck chain but this little baby will be in my pocket. Love the tint, nice tight head and very smooth twisting action. Also, the little size is sick. Not to forget, I love the blasted look. Than you again for a deal "gone good"! Also, the little "keeper" container you put the light in was a nice touch. It is now home for 7 AAA batts.

Here's a few pre-sale pics:

For me, I upload the picture to photobucket.com, then copy the link to that picture and post it in the comment section of the thread by clicking on the "Insert/Edit Image" and pasting the link to "Image URL". Give it a try.

Thank you Don. I will give it a shot in the coming days.

I had looked at the stainless and liked the form but not the stainless (and i like s-less) as it does not work for me on that light. That is why when I saw what you did with it, it just jumped out at me and I had to have it! I love the way it feels (and looks)in my hand. It stays in my hand most of the time LOL. I moved the o-rings below the threads and it works perfect. I have lights that cost 2-3 times more then the little guy, but the DQG AA is my favorite. It is just too cute!! glad i found it. Thanks again.

I gotta tell you Chicago, every time I see that hunk of aluminum. . . I don't know, it's just impressive. On my way to work the other day I passed an 18-wheeler with a flat-bed loaded 4-high with huge rectangles of aluminum. Each had to have been about a foot thick by 2 feet wide by 4 feet long - a 40 foot trailer full from end to end in open wood crates. Never seen so much raw Al.
