We RD tech always have strict requirements on the quality of our products, and for customers' question, we reply in time , so more than 99% of our customers have chosen to give us five-star reviews, but for various reasons, we are not able to guarantee that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products, for example :
We will put the products in a foam box and fill with soft material, but you know that the express delivery in some countries is very rough, the casing is seriously deformed. Of course, many customers say that the package is broken but the product can be used, however, some products will be damaged on the way. In this case, please contact us, we will give you advice, you can make a dispute to refund or we will send your new product.
In most cases, when you find the problem, you can solve the problem by contacting us. Because I found that many problems are not product problems, just you mistaken the function. Just ask us, our after-sales service will give you the corresponding solution, however There are still customers who choose to receive the products directly and give bad reviews. There are usually five stars on AliExpress, five of which are satisfactory, four stars are basically satisfactory, 3 stars are usable but not very suitable for actual demand or product quality, and 1, 2 stars are very dissatisfied with the product. The bad review can't be modified. Even if you find that the product has no problem, this bad review will always be accompanied with the product.
Ok, let's talk few examples of misunderstandings:
1.accuracy
Each of our products has an error range on output voltage and current. Although this error is small, this does not mean you can get the exact voltage and current you set
For example, in this case
He sets 6V output, and the actual voltage is 5.98V, but this customer think the output should be exactly same with the set value.
According to the technical parameters of DPH5005, the voltage accuracy is ±(0.3%+3 digits), if you set 6V, the error is ±(0.3%*600+3)=4.8≈5digits, so the normal output voltage range is 5.95-6.05V, so if it shows 5.98V, there is no problem.
And the same situation on DPS3012.
The customer set 1A output and get 0.98A, According to the technical parameters of DPS3012, the current accuracy is ±(0.5%+5 digits), so the error is 5.5≈6 digits, so the normal current range is 0.94-1.06A, so it has no problem.
2.TC66C PC software has virus?
First, the software has no problem, the software is programmed by our designer, at first, the software has auto-update function, it will read the version of your software and connect our website to get the latest version, so it will be treated as virus, so we remove the auto-update function, then there will be no virus warning anymore, just you need to download the latest software zip-file by yourselves.
3.UM25C can not use USB-C in to USB-C out connection
Of course you can use USB-C in to USB-C out connection, and it will work, if you find the tester is not powered on, you can rotate the insert side.I have try many times, if you reverse the insert direction, it will work
4.charging problem
You can see in this three pictures, the customer sets 15V/0.1A,21V/2.4A,15V/7.4A to charge the battery, and his battery has low power so the charging mode is CC mode(constant current), in this mode, the current is constant and the voltage will increase to the set value, and then it will switch to CV(constant voltage) mode. The voltage will be constant and the current will decrease. This is the battery charging progress.
So the customer thinks if he sets 15V/7.4A, the output should be 15V/7.4A, this is unreasonable.
Other misunderstanding are caused by careless, but if you read the detail page, you won’t get the wrong product.
You know that some power supplies have three version: non-communication version/USB communication version/USB-Bluetooth communication version, and you can only choose one kind of communication at one time.we wrote this in the detail page .
