Could someone build a drop in for my Fulton angel head military flashlight?

Am I the only one interested in these?

Is there a build kit out there that I can purchase? I purchased a LED replacement bulb for it and it's OK ..not great.

I have had one of these since I was a child and it is an kind of old friend that I would like to see brought up to date.
