I just order one of these in blue as well. I am getting addicted. I ordered on Monday a E07 and today the D4SV2 cyan. 
I ordered my D4Sv2 3 days ago, is it normal to not get a tracking number by now? I know I shouldn’t get in any hurry for a light coming from the other side of the world, but I thought it would have shipped by now.
I have several shipments in limbo as well. Looked it up online and they are currently in a holiday called National Day Oct. 1-7. Things should start shipping after the 7th.
This week nobody works in China. Are holidays. I am in the same boat.

Possible confusion. This thread is about the D4S, but the question appears to relate to the smaller D4 (no S). The SS bezel for the D4S is the same for the v2 as previously offered for the v1. It can be purchased separately and retro-fitted. I have done just that.
The SS bezel for the D4 (no S) has only been available since the D4v2 replaced the v1. Hank said it is unlikely to fit a D4v1. Apparently it will fit only a few of the very late D4v1 specimens. It does not fit my D4v1 from the middle of the production run.
Hmm. Mine fits my D4V1. Not sure how old it is tho.
Mine shipped 9/30 and the tracking says “Shanghi sent to JFK” on 10-1.
But I don’t know if that means it is just sitting someplace.

Can you dim lightning mode? click and hold and hold doesnt change the brightness on my d4sv2
No, lightning is random brightness.

It’s the same system that in the D4V2 but with Ledil lens the mix colors of RGB looks more better.

Anyone order the D4Sv2 with the LittoKala 5000mAh 26650 cell? I did, and then saw where some LittoKala cells are fakes. Is the one from intl-outdoor.com legit? How would I know?
I am relatively new to flashlights. If you were to get one, what LED setup would you get? Traditionally I like cool white – neutral and would love suggestions since I don’t know the specs of these leds yet.
