Nitecore HC65 vs Fenix HL60R or another head light recommendation?

Hello, My english is bad sorry. ( I’m using google translatle )

Looking for head light to catch fish at night.

Nitecore HC65 vs Fenix HL60R Which one of these lanterns is good? You can give other advice.

Edit:
YLP Panda 3.0, Olight H2R Nova, Armytek Wizard Pro, Nitecore HC33, Fenix HL60R, Nitecore HC65, ThruNite TH30

Which one of them is the best?

Thank you.

The Fenix HL60R is a very well rated headlamp.

Do you already own and use 18650 batteries? Or do you require built in charging in the light.

I would also recommend you look at Zebralight H600 series headlamps, like the H600w.

Yes, I’m looking for rechargeable light. I want the 18650 battery.

Nitecore hc65 is better than fenix hl65r? which one is better? What’s the difference between them?

I will look at the Zebralight h600

My english very bad, sorry. :frowning:

Where do you live? We can help you more if we know.

Your English is ok. You just need to get better.

I live in Europe. I have a friend in America. I’m gonna buy the light from the American. My friend will bring it to me.

Ah ok then.

If you want the best color reproduction, but using an AA NiMH battery like an Eneloop, look at this one:
https://www.illumn.com/flashlights/acebeam/acebeam-h40-luminus-sst-20-cri-95-150-600-lumens-aa-14500-headlamp-neutral-white.html

It’s quite good for an AA head light.

For 18650 head light:
http://www.zebralight.com/H600Fc-III-High-CRI-Floody-Neutral-White-18650-Headlamp_p_172.html

Has good color, brighter, and has longer battery life.

Thank you. Does zebralight not charge from usb? What do you think about Armytek wizard pro?

I have both of those headlamps and many more including Zebralight/Olight/Armytek

I prefer the tint of the Fenix better, Zebralight don’t have rechargeable included.

Both models you are looking at are solid!

I own a lot of headlamps and I can tell you How much money are you going to spend? If your looking for long run times get the HC65 by nitecore

Both the HC65 and Fenix HL60R are relikts from the past anno 2019.

I recommend you think about how much throw you want from your headlamp. In a fishing environment where you need to see further away, and cut through moisture in the air, or vegetation that may catch spill light and blind you, I would personally be going for a light with a tighter beam. Something like the Thrunite TH10 V2 in Neutral White. The Fenix will be a good option as well. I like Armytek, but I think the floody TIR optic may not be a good choice unless you want a floody spread out beam.

Thinking of the above may help you narrow down your options.

Jetbeam hr25 is a thrower with 1200 lumens.
