Banggood order stuck in "processing" – email address issues?!

How do you cancel?

There is no button, you have to contact the CS for that.
Via the Live-Chat that is done fairly quickly.

I cancelled the order, or was offered a refund due to being on back order.

I’ve had an item stuck on processing before and no amount of contact got a response. I eventually had to go through paypal dispute to get my money back. The item never went out of stock, and they still show the item for sale. Never found out what that was about.

I ordered a Fire-flies ROT66 Gen II from them on 9/26/2019 and it’s still “processing”… I refuse to do any business with any Chinese company where I cannot use PayPal for processing. If nothing else I can go to PP and dispute an order. 3X now I’ve live chatted with BG to find out why my order is stuck in limbo and get the same pat answer…. “Someone will email you within 24-48 hrs. Which they never do. I know one thing. I will never ever order from them again. Sigh

Yeah, banggood really needs to get their act together. I’ve not had an issue, but I know of plenty who have.

My issue is that I don’t WANT to have to cancel it. I ordered batteries to go along with the ROT66 GENII that I’d only be able to use with the light. Plus WHY should any of us have to cancel an order because of how BG does things? I told the agent that I will NEVER ever purchase from them again. (like that rattled them)

Ok well there live support is 24/7 so i asked to cancel, this time i was palmed off by a pretty lady and a promise my item will be shipped today…

Well 22 hours no shipment no message sighs

I’ve never used a paypal account with the same email that a vendor has for me, and they always go through.

I’ve had a few instances where an item was a pre-order and things ran long, but not an in-stock.



^ just went through a similar conversation about a week ago where all they did was lie 4 times in a row. Finally resolved and refunded but I'm not ordering from BG again after that. They used to be a decent company in the past. In your particular case it's a little different as they are just out of stock and want to delay it as long as possible.

to be fair to them i have had 3 orders that have gone without a hitch , but this last one is a nightmare… they just keep fobbing me off and i cant get them to ship it or get my money back, im preying my other orders turn up if this is what im up against when things go wrong

Me too, had many good orders, but lately they seem very aggressive in their lies and that made me give up on them.

Is Fin17 associated with BangGood? In the sense that maybe he could help? It just seems that his BangGood Deals thread implies that. Maybe ask him if he could step in?

My order is still stuck in processing. A friend of mine ordered the FT03 two days ago and it was shipped 12 hours later.
