This is disappointing, I was hoping to utilize a triple pill I already purchased, but it sounds like this will not be possible. I guess I could make a single emitter light with the included brass pill.
Oh man, I was going to buy several of the copper 18350 tubes because I have so many copper and aluminum S2+.
I realized that I should be able to make a spacer and use the existing pill. It won’t be the beautiful one I have already, but it should be functional. This just means that I’ll need to build ANOTHER light (boo hoo right?).
I dont understand why he would change the threading. This goes against part of what makes the S2+ great, being able to mix and match. Simon needs to make this right and produce a batch of copper 18350 tubes that do thread with traditional S2+ bodies and send them to all who ordered with the intent of using them on 1st ans 2nd run copper lights.
Me neither, but it’s probably the same reason one of the copper lights has LITNIT log instead of Convoy… 
Any buyer who has purchased copper pill and 18350 copper tube can ask for a refund if they are unable to be use. This is my mistake.

I bought 2 copper pills and 1 18350 tube.
I have several S2 versions including the first copper S2+! These parts don’t fit. 
I’m not asking for a refund. Not worth busting Simon’s chops over $20 considering all he has done for all of us on BLF.
i asked manufacturer to produce new copper pill for aluminum S2+ ,i can send you some for free if you need

Looks like the only option for triples is to get spacer from kiriba-ru...
You just as well order a complete Triple Copper Pill from kiriba-ru or Hoop——

Already have them so i just order extra spacer for regular convoy pill

I ordered 2 copper pills for my original copper S2+ and another S2+ alum. BUT, the main thing I wanted was the copper 18350 tube to fit the Cu S2+ I have now. The one I just received does not fit. Threads look more coarse.
Honestly, this is one of the biggest fails so far... Or is it just me?

kiriba-ru’s triple spacers would probably work with the included pill: Low-cost copper pills, spacers, optics, drop-ins (Updated 23/10/2022))
I am probably going to try and make my own and then solder it to the included brass pill. The whole body is copper, so I can’t imagine the pill being brass would hurt it. I was going for overkill with a copper pill, copper DTP MCPCB, copper host… but it should be just fine with a little brass in it.
The spacer shape is pretty simple, and a small piece of copper rod/bar would get me most of the way there.
I purchased mine on 10/10 hasn’t even left China yet — ridiculous —-I’m in no hurry but I hate having to keep checking on my stuff—I asked Simon—he said our shipping is very slow
